He was helpful and he always asked us what we wanted to do and see. Even stopped for a restroom break when we needed. He is also really knowledgeable about Lake Tahoe and its rich history. Our experiencing renting a pontoon boat with a captain was fantastic. This was my first time visiting Tahoe and boating. My only regret was not paying for more time on the hot.
JB our captain was very nice and even recommended us a great pizza spot. He was conscious of time and explained all the rules and safety procedures quickly and thoroughly.
The staff who checked us in were also friendly and willing to answer all questions. Will definitely be coming back.
